Gaspari Nutrition UK is distributed, sold and operated in the UK by All Muscle Gym Limited. ( service provided is not linked to any other Gaspari nutrition service. This affiliate program is limited to www.gasparinutrition.uk and not .eu or .com
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
4. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
5. Network
If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
6. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: alan@gasparinutrition.uk.
8. Photo use
Affiliates image may be used for marketing purpose on social media, if affiliate wishes to opt out please email info@gasparinutrition.uk. Only Level 3+ athletes will get to be featured on permenant social posts by gaspari.
8.1 Media consent
By signing up to affiliate for Gaspari nutrition UK you give permission for you photos/videos and/or information related to Gaspari nutrition or its products to be used, published and shared across social media.
By registering to the affiliate scheme the affiliate understands this information may be used in publications, including electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, community presentations, letters to area legislators and media and/or other similar ways.
The affiliates consent is freely given to Gaspari nutrition UK, without expecting payment. The affiliate release Gaspari Nutrition UK and their respective employees, officers and agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories, promotional materials, written articles, videotape and/or photographs. Affiliate may cancel its agreement at anytime, must notify via info@gasparinutrition.uk stating they wish to be no longer part of the affiliate program with Gaspari Nutrition UK
9.All earned gifts as agreed will be gifted and calculated at RRP. (example £300 in sales will generate £120 in gifts)

Team Gaspari Nutrition UK Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement is made and entered into as of grant set forth
below.
BETWEEN:
Gaspari Nutrition UK;- sold and distributed within the United Kingdom by All Muscle Gym limited (a registered limited company with a company ID of 14377885)
AND:
The recipient; - ‘YOU’
"Affiliate" means an individual or business generating their own traffic and thus rewarded for legitimate sales via www.gasparinutrition.uk.
AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• It is understood that you will introduce Gaspari Nutrition UK to your followers/friends/clients. A personal code and link will be provided by Gaspari Nutrition UK. Affiliate may post and share the code/link on social media. If the Affiliate posts a story on Instagram with the code please note it may NOT get reposted on Gaspari Nutrition UK page.
•Company reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay you a unique commission per customer referred sale using your affiliate code/link according to the designated payment schedule as set per program.
•Affiliate must place their personal orders via email or text, this is to enable Gaspari Nutrition UK to provide the best possible discount to the Affiliate (subject to change, personal code may be issued). Personal order discount should not be used to source products for anyone else other than the affiliate themselves. Any abuse to the perk may result in termination of the agreement.
•Affiliate discount link/code may not be used for personal purchases or by members of the same household. Any third party orders to the same address as the Affiliate may be cancelled resulting in termination of the Affiliate agreement.
SERVICE:
The Affiliate is allowed to place links on his social media.
Any Affiliate Program may be amended or terminated at any time.
Information about the Affiliate Programs will be available on company website. or you may request further information via email info@gasparinutrition.uk
The Affiliate must keep himself informed of any amendments of Affiliate Programs, in particular if a registered website has terminated its Affiliate Program or changed the conditions.
The Affiliate must comply with the requirements of the Affiliate Programme including in particular any stipulations as to the nature and content of the Affiliate's website and the use of third party or other Affiliates trademarks and logos.
Discount code may only be used by third parties, all personal and immediate family (Same Household) purchases must be made via personal code or contacting support via email or text.
If you wish to do a giveaway with a Gaspari Nutrition product further discount may be requested.
Affiliate will have his own access to the affiliate program to track his/hers link/code use.
Commission earning are level based as per chart attached. Depending on social status Affiliate may be upgraded to a higher level.
TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT:
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of Your Affiliate Program
registration.
You are only eligible to earn Commission Fees on Qualified Purchases occurring during the term, and commission rees earned through the date of termination will remain payable only it the orders for the related Products and Services are not cancelled and comply with all Terms laid out in this Agreement.
Either party may terminate or stop using the affiliate program at any time.
Gaspari Nutrition UK allocate and send out gift rewards at random, this may include clothing, accessories & supplements. All Gift reward values are based on RRP.
